Over the three years at Central Saint Martins I have become more and
more interested in documentary film and theatre. My work has revolved
around public spaces and the human relations often hidden within them.
Working as part of a group I have devised two live performances;
“sewing machine orchestra” (‘Singer’) detailing one ladies experience
of a sweatshop from needle injuries to cutting room flirtations, and a
“live light painting experience” that shed a light on the printing history
of our university building including the first ever Mac demo in 1986.
As an individual I have explored these themes with photography and film. |
